HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER - AED 20,000 Per Month. Dubai. This growing international global service solutions provider is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. You will be required to participate in the strategic business objectives for the organisation, set and achieve annual HR objectives and manage, lead and develop HR team members. This is a varied and busy role that will encompass areas such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management and succession planning. You must be Western-educated with previous experience in an HR role in the UAE and a tertiary qualification in a HR or a related field. You will be a proven leader and must have previously managed people. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have strong attention to detail and initiative. Experience working for international organisations is highly desirable and you must be willing to undertake occasional travel to Afghanistan. Due to the nature of this role, our client will give preference to native English-speakers.
