SENIOR PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEER
at SOS (SPECIALISED OVERSEAS SERVICES) in GCC
Our client, a Major International Engineering Company in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power & Water Industries, is looking to expand their operations in Kuwait and the GCC countries.
Location: Kuwait.
They are presently seeking the following candidate to join their Engineering Team in Kuwait.
SENIOR PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEER - Ref. No. 2759.
The candidate should be able to:
• Prepare calculations and size equipment.
• Generate definitive scopes of work and write narrative specifications.
• Develop work schedules and prepare progress reports.
• Estimate manpower and plan resource loading.The candidate should be able to perform the following engineering functions independently:
• Process Simulations, Heat and Material Balances, PFDs, and P&IDs.
• Mechanical Equipment List, Process Data for instrumentation, and PSV sizing.
• Specification, PSM and HAZOP review.
Requirements:
• B.S. or M.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the process and industrial industry (five of which are in a direct supervisory position).
• Written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
• Experience in Smart Plant will be a differentiator.
Salary: Negotiable.
