ELECTRICAL & CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER
at SOS (SPECIALISED OVERSEAS SERVICES) in GCC
Our client, a Major International Engineering Company in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power & Water Industries, is looking to expand their operations in Kuwait and the GCC countries. Location: Kuwait. They are presently seeking the following candidate to join their Engineering Team in Kuwait. SENIOR ELECTRICAL & CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER - Ref. No. 2762. The candidate should be:
• Familiar with all types of power (up to 15KV) distribution equipment (e.g. switchgears, transformers, MCC).
• Familiar with distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition systems.
• Able to perform calculations, write narrative specifications, generate definitive scopes of work, develop work schedules, estimate manpower and plan resource loading and prepare progress reports. Requirements:
• A B.S. or M.S. Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g. Electrical, Control Systems) from an accredited university.
• Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the process and industrial industry (five of which are in a direct supervisory position).
• Written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
• Experience in Smart Plant will be a differentiator.
Salary: Negotiable.
