Full-time Design Manager

at CHARTERHOUSE in UAE

A quality driven national development, construction and management firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Design Manager to join an expanding team owing to an increased workload. This firm specialises in developing very high quality large building projects which include luxury hotels and residential projects. With at least 20 years experience and a relevant construction related Degree, preferably architecture, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of ten years experience of working in a design department for either a contractor, consultant or private practice, as you will oversee and manage all activities related to the production of design information. You will be supported by a team of eight and will develop design standards for foreign consultant and manage the local permitting process. This position offers an excellent salary and very good working conditions.
