RETAIL GROUP TRAINER (MALE, ARAB), Ref: ADM/2533. Our client, a leading multi-channel retail group in the beauty, fashion, healthcare and children’s learning and development sectors, is seeking to recruit a Group Trainer. You will develop and implement learning and administrative processes to ensure training cycles are effectively managed on identifying needs through evaluation. You will be organized, conscientious, efficient, outgoing, flexible and decisive with project planning and management capabilities, and be able to manage logistics for many locations. You must have experience as a trainer and facilitator, and be able to deliver soft skills up-front. Job responsibilities: Identifying learning and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers. Designing and developing learning and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's need. Manage the budget for all training and deliver as allocated. Produce training material for in-house courses. Measure the effectiveness of training programs implemented through the learning results achieved and the return on investments. Support managers / supervisors to ensure efficient and effective transfer of learning on the job and documentation of all training activities. Research and recommend a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs. Increasingly have an understanding of e-learning techniques. Salary: AED 15,000 + Standard Benefits Location - Dubai.
