Full-time SENIOR HR MANAGER

at BAC MIDDLE EAST in Abu Dhabi

SENIOR HR MANAGER – ARABIC SPEAKING ABU DHABI. Attractive Salary Package. On behalf of our client, a large construction company, we are looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction / engineering industry. Experience within the Gulf region (preferably UAE) is essential. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing the Human Resource Policies and coordinating the company HR and administrative activities. Responsibilities will also include all phases of recruitment, reviewing HR policies and procedures and recommending changes, providing coaching support to line managers and supplying leadership and coaching to sustain and develop talent, within the company. You must have a Degree in HR or equivalent, a thorough knowledge of relevant employment legislations and practices and be culturally and commercially aware. Computer literacy is vital. Fluent Arabic and English essential. Applicants must be willing to travel.
