Panalpina on 6 continents - Panalpina World Transport (Dubai) DWC-LLC. Based at its new logistics distribution warehouse facility and Middle East office located at Dubai Logistics City, Dubai World Central, Jebel Ali, is searching for: HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES – Middle East & North Africa Area.
The position:
- Lead and manage the Middle East region human resources functions
- Planning staffing requirements, controlling labor costs and selection of staff
- Management of the whole Middle East area payroll
- Management of employee personal files
- Organization and coordination of staff training
- Well-versed with labour laws of Middle East countries
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar management position
- Possess strong English communication skills – written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
