ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

INDIA-EDUCATED ASSISTANT HR MANAGER, TRANSPORT INDUSTRY – QATAR, Dhs 13,000 - 15,000. We are recruiting an Assistant HR Manager for our client, a major transport company in Doha, Qatar. Reporting to the HR Manager, this generalist role is responsible for administering compensation and benefits, recruitment, developing HR policies and procedures, and employee relations. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a multinational company and hold a Degree in Human Resources from a reputable Indian university. Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and compensation is a must, with a minimum of 7-10 years experience as an HR Generalist - key focus areas being HR recruitment and payroll. You must have a strong personality and excellent English communication skills. You must be able to get a Qatari visa.
