CONSTRUCTION LITIGATOR - AED 45,000 Plus Benefits, Dubai. Our client is a leading law firm which is making a lot of noise in the Middle East acting for stellar clients on some of the most prominent work in the region. Due to its phenomenal success, the firm requires a stellar Construction Litigator who is looking to grow with the firm. Working within this collegiate and growing office, you will represent a broad range of clients involved in the construction and engineering industry, resolving disputes over the construction and operation of a variety of infrastructure assets. In addition, you will assist clients either to avoid disputes on projects or to achieve early resolution of disputes through effective negotiation and conciliation, mediation or arbitration. This role will not only allow you to maximize your legal expertise but also provide the opportunity to develop business and advance your career within a recognized and leading law firm. Candidates require at least seven years PQE in order to be considered.
