CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR. Location: Dubai. Our client, a leading fabrication company in the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years prior experience.
• Should be graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & oral).
Responsibilities:
• Should be able to prepare necessary sales documentation requirements to satisfy customer orders and planned deliveries.
• Should be able to receive customers inquiries and oversee that customer orders are satisfied in terms of quality and delivery schedules.
• Should be an expert in coordinating closely with the business unit sales function for guidance, strategy and policy implementation.
• Must be involved in the attainment of set policies, objectives, goals, company values such as teamwork spirit and other company programs.
Nationality: Russian / Tunisian / Lebanese preferred. Gender: Female Only. Age: 25-30. Salary: AED 8,000 + Benefits.
