Pivot Engineering & General Contracting Company is a fast growing construction company in the UAE undertaking large residential and commercial projects including towers in the UAE. The company is having ambitious plans to meet the growing needs of the UAE real estate market. Pivot Engineering is on a high growth path and has prestigious portfolio of more than 10 projects under construction with more than 6,000 workforce; the company is now looking for dynamic professional to join their core team. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - B.Sc. / BE Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15-20 years experience in the construction field, out of which 5 years as a Construction Manager in the UAE with a building construction contracting company. Key tasks and responsibilities include work preparation, planning construction, coordination of site staff, ensuring the right equipment are at the site, operation, planning and control of materials movement and supervision and directing construction activities according to the technical criteria including coordination with various trades including construction methodologies, method statements and proper choice of scaffolding & erection systems. Preferably Arab nationals.
