Recruitment Coordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Use websites and other relevant sources to gather information on clients and develop market knowledge.
· Use effective questioning techniques to identify business leads from candidates and information on potential vacancies with clients, knowledge on any changes in personnel with clients and develop understanding of clients.
· Use websites to develop a database of candidates to be held in a central file.
· Identify relevant CVs from advertisements posted on the internet.
· Use the job brief from client to identify suitably skilled and qualified individuals.
· Call candidates to determine suitability for client organization and establish their interest.
· Conduct interviews with interested candidates to develop a fuller understanding of their skills and experience and match the right candidate to the right job.
· Keep in frequent contact with candidates on the database to maintain their interest in Grafton Recruitment and gather information.
· Spec candidate CV’s to generate new and repeat business.
· Co-ordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
· Ensure Terms and Conditions are signed for every piece of client work.
· Re-format candidate CVs into the Grafton Recruitment format to ensure a consistent approach is adopted
· Ensure all candidates are reference checked.
· To continually develop and maintain candidate contacts and work with Consultants
· Share information with other Consultants on candidates and client developments and changes.
· Provide regular updates to the Consultant on work-in-progress.
The Candidate Communication
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing to convey ideas and proposals Identifies what information is needed and through active listening and questioning ensures that full information is gathered.
Personal Responsibility
Takes responsibility for making things happen and achieving results Demonstrates motivation and commitment to tasks
Negotiating and Influencing
Persuades and influences others to their viewpoint. Negotiates and wins business.
Teamwork
Works both with immediate team and others to ensure achievement of goals Builds effective working relationships with others in the team

Deals with challenging situations/people with confidence Shows resilience even in difficult circumstances
