A reputed, fast-growing multinational Facilities Management Company with headquarters in Germany seeks to recruit a candidate for the following position based in Dubai. Position: SENIOR TECHNICAL FACILITY MANAGER. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate in Civil / Technical / Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years experience in handling the technical facility management of high-rise buildings (preferably in Western countries). The successful candidate must have a demonstrable knowledge of the consulting, planning, pricing and execution of technical building management projects including the operation, inspection and preventive maintenance of all technical installations of a high-rise building. It will be the responsibility of the selected candidate to liaise with clients on a regular basis, expand the business of the division and lead a team of engineers and technicians. The required language skills are business fluent (technical) English and, ideally, either German or Arabic. The salary is highly competitive and negotiable.
