CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
at CHARTERHOUSE in Dubai
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR - AED 40,000 Plus Benefits / Dubai. An experienced senior construction professional is required for a challenging role with a global contractor to oversee construction operations across the Middle East. The successful candidate will be Degree qualified in a construction or engineering discipline from a reputable Western University and have at least 15 years proven success in a senior management position. You will have excellent knowledge of business and management principles, involved in strategic planning and resource allocation and must have strong commercial acumen, with the ability to present arguments and influence business decisions. You will be a strong communicator with excellent analytical skills. In addition, you must have remote site experience in Africa and / or the Middle East to be considered.
