OPERATIONS MANAGER

OPERATIONS MANAGER – FOOD AND BEVERAGE. AED 15,000 Per Month - Dubai. An expanding holding company is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated food and beverage Operations Manager to oversee, supervise and develop the day-to-day operations of the existing and pre-opening Dubai outlets. Your main responsibilities will include strategies to deliver and exceed sales and profit targets, overseeing processes and standard operating procedures, ensuring services and offerings commensurate with guest expectations, and the recruitment and management of Store Managers. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of five years experience in food and beverage operations, have excellent managerial and influencing skills, P&L management experience, and have the capability to build relationships at all levels.
