REQUIRED FOR AN MEP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY: Location: Abu Dhabi. PROJECT ENGINEER – Ref. No. 3031.
• Planning for work execution and labour control, supervision of works.
• MEP coordination with the consultant, main contractor, subcontractor.
• Designing of electrical & telephone, CATV, MATV, fire alarm, CCTV and intercom systems as per project, client and local authorities’ requirements.
• Preparation of shop drawings to get approvals from the consultant and local authorities.
• Planning and execution of project activities as per civil contractor’s construction programme.
• Planning of resources like manpower, material, money and time, etc. by using Primavera Project Planner.
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities and monthly progressive bills.
• Attending meetings with the consultant, main contractor, client, supplier, etc.
• Handling inspections with the consultant, DEWA, Civil Defense and Municipality authorities for building completion certificates and main supply connection.
• Sound knowledge of electrical and plumbing airconditioning,firefighting, fire alarm system works.
• Having sound experience in handling DEWA, Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality Authorities & technicaldiscussions.
• Coordinating with engineering staff on all aspects of MEPworks. Salary: Best as Per the Industry Standards.
