REQUIRED FOR AN MEP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY: Location: Abu Dhabi. QUANTITY SURVEYOR – Ref. No. 3032.
• Taking off measurements & computing quantities and preparation of monthly Interim Valuations.
• Identifying scope of works for each subcontract package sand sending inquiries.
• Making cost comparison statements, identification and preparation of variation claims.
• Checking and certifying sub-contract payments and maintaining subcontract payment registers.
• Maintaining a register of Variation Orders both issued and under consideration.
• Preparation of monthly cost reports to show the final anticipated contract value of the project.
• Preparation of cost proposals as required by the Engineer and preparation of star rates.
• Attendance and participation at site meetings, progress meetings, and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly progress.
Salary Best as Per the Industry Standards.
