GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Our client is a leading Petrochemical company in Qatar, having immediate vacancies for the following position to be based in Qatar. GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Qatar. The position will be responsible to create layouts, design artworks; Produces and develops visual aspects for all Qapco publications; Interprets corporate design needs and develops and creates an agreed concept to suit requirements; Takes in-house photographs as directed and translates into communications and publications artwork; Follows up with outsourced project managers and team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, design, art direction, production, print buying, and monitors quality control. Monitors and tracks outsourced design production projects to ensure proper and timely completion; Creates and develops media using digital art and photographic techniques; Assists in all events and PR activities as directed; Liaises with the Web Developer to ensure proper development, maintenance and updating as per the contractual obligation. The ideal candidate should have completed Secondary School (12years) education followed by relevant Diploma or equivalent. 5 years experience in corporate industrial publication design. Fluent in English. Excellent command of design related computer applications and programs.
