Full-time RECRUITMENT & MANPOWER SUPERVISOR

Our client is a leading Petrochemical company in Qatar, having immediate vacancies for the following position to be based in Qatar. RECRUITMENT & MANPOWER SUPERVISOR – Qatar. The position will be responsible to direct all stages of the recruitment, selection and placement processes and identifies the budgeted open positions and retirement staff - on annual basis - in liaison with the Departmental / Section Heads. Screens CVs received by agencies, internal referrals and direct applications; Maintains candidate’s records within ERP system, coordinates with concern departments with regard to administrative requirements for new employees / candidates called for interviews such as, visas, gate passes, housing, transport, medical, processing documents for CID clearance, reference checking, certificate verification, and communicating with all interested parties on progress of recruitment. The ideal candidate should be B.A. in Business Administration or Social Sciences or equivalent. 8 years experience in Personnel Administration, including, at least, 3 years in professional recruitment environment. Excellent spoken, written English. Computer literate.
