TRAINING COORDINATOR
at SOS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS in Abu Dhabi
TRAINING COORDINATOR - Location: Abu Dhabi - Offshore. Our client, an Oil & Gas Company, is looking for suitable candidates with the following skills set:
• Participate in or coordinate & supervise the preparation & implementation of the apprentices’ and employees’ OJT and their adaptation to the prepared programs.
• In liaison with the management, elaborate offshore OJT - specific training procedures.
• Participate with the technical instructors to elaborate OJT training support assessment.
• Provide the management and personnel with the necessary tools and resources to prepare and organize training actions.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder, with sound experience in onshore and offshore field operations.
• Good computer and organizational skills.
• Minimum 10 years of offshore experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Age below 40. Salary Best as Per the Industry Standards.
