TECHNICAL INSTRUCTORS
at SOS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS in GCC
IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT! Location: Saudi Arabia. Our client, a leading British Training Company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for suitable candidates for the below position: TECHNICAL INSTRUCTORS - Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years training experience for instructors desirable, although teacher training can be provided.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent IT skills and excellent English language abilities are essential.
• Curriculum development and training program delivery experience desirable. Specific Duties:
• Lead the classroom development and ongoing maintenance of all training programs, course materials, procedures and assessments to satisfy the client and award-giving body requirements.
• Assist the senior instructor in selecting a suitable team of technicians.
• Ensure that the equipment in the workshops and laboratories are suitable and adequate.
• Develop and manage teaching and assessment schedules, discipline the trainees he is responsible for when required, coach and train technicians when required.
• Deliver theoretical and practical training. Assess trainee portfolios against the agreed External Verifier and Award-giving Body standards.
• Minimum of a Diploma level qualification in an engineering / technical subject. Salary Best as Per the Industry Standards.
