PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
at CHARTERHOUSE in Abu Dhabi
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT - AED Circa 20,000 Per Month, Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of this reputable property developer based in Abu Dhabi. This role will be part of the project accounting team, looking after project job-cost accounting and cash-flow management, feasibility studies, cash-flow forecasting, evaluation of project risk factors, monthly status reports, variance analysis and ensuring compliance with all factors that impact the project. You must be a problem solver by nature and able to think laterally to come up with solutions. You will come from a project-based environment such as real estate development, construction, engineering or oil and gas. You will have at least five years experience in a project-based business and be a tertiary qualified Accountant with an additional professional qualification such as CA, ACCA and / or CMA. Preference will be given to Western candidates.
