DULSCO - Abu Dhabi. We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Team for our client in Abu Dhabi. IT HELP DESK ENGINEERS. We are seeking IT / Computer Science Graduates who can provide IT and Telecom help desk support over phone and email in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in resolving issues related to Hardware, Software, Routing, LAN/WAN and Office Automation systems. The services will have to be delivered under set guidelines and procedures. You will possess good communication skills in English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will update and maintain his knowledge of IT subjects and be good at understanding complex situations and providing appropriate solutions for resolving technical issues. Candidates should have NOC from current/last employer.
