SALES & MARKETING - Location: Dubai. Here is a very good opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in a leading System Integrated Company. Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and tuning presentations.
• Prepare and update prequalification documents.
• Assist in preparing write-ups and communication materials.
• Coordinate with various groups and individuals to facilitate the above activities.
• Assist in other marketing and communication activities as directed.
• Implement strategies for promoting business & effectiv planning.
• Plan, organize and direct agency, institution or facility business functions.
• Liaise with clients for the execution of campaigns.
• Regulate systems and procedures to improve service quality.
• Obtain periodic customer feedback and plans for improvement.
• Establish long-term professional relationships and contacts with vendors.
• Involve in proposing and implementing changes to the company systems to meet the growing demands of service.
• Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the database.
• Write reports analyzing the customer service that the company provides.
• Must be good at PowerPoint presentations and Excel Experience: 1 to 3 years in media or advertising Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing. Nationality: Indian. Gender: Female. Salary Best as Per the Industry Standards.
