IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Position: IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST. Functional Area: IT Technical Support. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Job: The basic duty is helpdesk support for business users. The selected candidates will be required to attend and respond to user calls relating to technical problems and queries. He / she will be the single point of contact for users’ technical support calls and will need to coordinate with Engineers if required to get the escalation resolved to the satisfaction of the users. The key result areas will be customer satisfaction, call closure norms like response time / resolution time, MIS reporting, asset management, etc.
Profile: The candidate must have excellent communication skills and problem handling abilities, and should be available within 2-4 weeks time to join. Should have attested documents ready for visa processing. MCSE / MCSA and CCNA are basic qualifications required. Past experience in a banking environment in a technical support role is an added advantage.
