FACILITIES ENGINEER - Nationality: Open. Location: Dubai. Salary: Negotiable plus Benefits. Our client, a leading government organization, is looking to hire a Facilities Engineer to monitor and evaluate the performance of FM service providers and the in-house teams in providing quality facilities management services. Ensure that the SLAs and KPIs are achieved. Prepare reports for the company to make appropriate decisions. Control the expenditure within allotted budgets. Escalate the non-performance of service providers for penal action. Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering with good knowledge of facilities management, and 4-6 years experience, out of which at least 2 years are in facilities management.
