Group Fitness Instructor
at Beng Bertiz in Muscat Oman
S.N Description Amount R.O U.S $ Amount Apprx.
1- Basic Salary $700
2- Fixed 2 hours overtime based on 1.25 per/Hr $200
4- Transport $60
5- Accomadation Shared accomadation with basic furniture & the maximum of R.O 10/- for electricity and 5 for water usagae.
6- Annual Leave Every 24 moths
7- Holiday Air Passage Paid on the completion of 24 months
8- Medical During the service under this contract, excluding the period of vacation the EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to free medical attention except dental, ophthalmic and maternity, with an authorized clinic by the EMPLOYER.
9- Probation 3 months
10- Gratuity Payable in accordancewith the Oman
11- Contract Termination If The EMPLOYEE terminated the
contract by giving to the EMPLOYER
TWO MONTHS notice in writing. Should such
notice be given by the EMPLOYEE prior to
TWENTY-FOUR months of this contract having
elapsed, then, the EMPLOYEE shall pay his/her own
repatriation cost, and all administrative
Charges for Labor Clearance, Labor card, Medical expense
And Air Ticket to the Sultanate of Oman,and back to the
Country of origin, the full amount paid towards the recruitment to
, without any responibilty on the Employer.
