Geotechnical Design Manager - Piling/Shoring

We currently have an opening for an experienced Design Manager for our projects throughout the UAE. We are seeking applications from candidates with a minimum of 10 years experience in Geotechnical works and must have a proven track record in piling and retaining structure design.
Duties
Coordination of all onsite/office activity and ongoing design scheme
Client interaction and management of the design process
Managing a team of Design Engineers
Preparing specifications and method statements for the projects and supporting project execution team on site
Assisting in the development of projects including built drawings and O&M Manual preparations
Requirements
Must be Degree Educated, preferably from an Engineering discipline.
8-10 Years experience working in a similar role on a variation of projects
Must be proficient in using AutoCad and all MS systems
Experience in working both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic would be preferred.
