HR Manager – Group – Based in Dubai (1 Position)
Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing the personnel policies of every company within the group and ensure compliance of all processes linked to
HR within the group. Must be aware of local or must develop, country specific and employment guidelines, manage payroll issues,
maintain employee records, complete employment records and other benefits offered to employees and be able to assist
employees in understanding and evaluating the participation in all company related policies and procedures. Must also be actively
involved in retraining or training new employees or existing employees or answering questions that employees may have on policies
or procedures within the company or group. Based at corporate office in Dubai with frequent travel to other offices of the company outside UAE.
