Development and Operations Executive
at BengBM (Anywhere)
Male Only
Reporting to the Regional Head- Kabul and Dubai
Prerequisites:
1) Possess own car and valid driving license. Only fuel will be provided by company, no maintenance and / or salik.
2) Graduate
3) Freight forwarding experience in air, sea and land modes. At least 2 years experience with an apt for sales and business development.
4) Familiar with DNATA and Port operations
5) Expert on communications: Written and Verbal
6) Good command over English
7) Expert in common software in computers
8) Willing to work extra hours
9) The apt to learn and go above and beyond
10) Six months probation; confirmation and increment will depend upon performance
11) Incentive package will be declared upon confirmation
12) Should be ready to be on board ASAP
Job Description:
1) Day to day operational connections on all three modes: air, sea and land
2) Sales and marketing activities in promoting the company in Dubai
3) Appointing agents in Dubai for onward connections
4) Channel sales and clearing activities
5) Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting
6) Cooperating with the remaining companies of the group for enhancing business into and from Afghanistan
7) Focal USP will be transportation and logistic services into and from Connecting region
