SENIOR MEP ENGINEER (Electrical/Mechanical/P & D)

SENIOR MEP ENGINEER (Electrical/Mechanical/P & D)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Carry out design review for the mechanical and electrical works for high rise buildings.
-Review of workshop drawings and as built drawings
-Checking out all the technical submittals documents
-Carry out the planning and cost control of MEP works
-Carry out the supervision of Junior Engineers day to day activities
-Carry out the coordination between client, MEP subcontractor, consultant and Project Manager
-Carry out the site meetings between client, MEP subcontractor, consultant and Project Manager
-Coordinate and review the variations works
-Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety plan
-Coordinate and review the testing and commissioning procedures
-Aware of all code of practices such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, ACME, IEE and ensure compliance to these codes and local authorities requirements.
Skills
Required Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.
Education
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
