Business Analyst - Custody Services

Develop and document test scenarios and test data for Custody products and services

Develop and document User Acceptance Tests for the system implementation – not limited to the Custody application but should include interfaced applications

Develop UAT metrics and reporting mechanisms for reporting on test progress

Develop and document UAT training requirements for the UAT test team

Develop and document test schedule with emphasis on completion of testing within challenging timeframes and conditions

Perform tests as needed

Prepare User Guides and User Manuals as needed
Skills and background
-
A background in Custody Services, and experience in Banking is a plus.

Should have a broad knowledge of securities industry

Must have strong operating model, business process, Custody and post trade business and IT experience.

Must have communication skills that are of the highest caliber

Must be an expert in Visio
-
Must be an advocate of Operational Risk within the Banking industry

Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other team members. Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner with a zeal for self-learning. Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges. Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
