HR Manager - Retail/FMCG

Our client is one amongst the large and well known business conglomerates in the UAE. The group comprises of companies operating in various sectors that include Automobiles, Industrial, Trading, Media, Retail, Engineering, Hospitality, Real Estate, IT, Travel and Tourism with operations across the GCC.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Arabic) with a graduate degree in HRM or Business Management and minimum of 3 years experience in the UAE. The candidate must have 5 to 6 years experience in core HR functions in Retail / FMCG industry. Be a good communicator & have high levels of energy / enthusiasm. Key performance areas will include, Recruitment including overseas bulk recruitment, Performance Management, Salary Administration, Career Planning and HR Reporting.
Salary: AED 18,000 + Benefits (As per UAE labour law)
