The position will report to the Senior Partners and would suit an experienced Commercial and Residential luxury/high-end projects.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

- Is a key member of the team, you will manage project documentation delivery. – Manage a combination of technicians, designers, and FF&E assistants. – Design analysis, research, and preliminary design studies. – Prepare design presentations ,Design and manage to a set budget. for internal approval. – Produce construction documentation and design drawings using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. – Coordinating with external professional consultants to integrate requirements and meet overall project objectives. – Ensure the design meets the client’s requirements and specifications. – Assist with work programming and reporting on project progress. – Undertake site inspections and surveys.

Skills:

- BA (Hons) Interior Architecture or Interior Design degree. – Professional interior design experience in High End residential projects primarily but also Hospitality Design is preferable. – Extremely organized and able to multi-task and re-prioritize jobs on daily basis. – Good management and resolution skills able to manage large teams when needed. – Spatial problem solving with the ability to prepare alternative design solutions quickly. – Computer literate with the ability to learn new programs easily. – Proficient user of AutoCAD and 3D max.
Good hand sketching ability. – Competent user of Microsoft Office 2010 – Digital graphic presentation skills, including good working knowledge of Photoshop and Sketch Up would be preferable. – Project management experience from concept to delivery is a must. – Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic would be an advantage Or holders of European, American /Canadian or Australian Nationality.
