This full time Events Coordinator position is available with Enigma Event Management, Dubai
Successful Applicant should:
• Be organized and detail oriented.
• Have strong presentation and communication skills.
• Be able to communicate effectively over the telephone and in person.
• Have effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and directions and effectively communicate progress.
• Be familiar with standard computer applications and confident in internet searching.
• Have an understanding or experience with sales and marketing concepts.
• Ideally have previous event planning experience, but it’s not essential.
• Have a strong academic background (preferred).

Travel Requirements:
• Current UAE or International Driver’s license.
• Must have your own car
• Willingness to travel for meetings.

Hours of work:
• Saturday – Thursday (6 days per week)
• 9am – 5pm
• Work extra hours as required in the event of a deadline or during events.

Nationality applicant should :

Required European, American nationality
